Great location near the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with local products. Discount at a nearby restaurant. Complimentary umbrellas for the beach

The location is very nice.
The orange juice dispencer was broken on the arrival day and 5 days later the problem was still no solved. Selection at the breakfast was sort of disappointing. The American bar downstairs is indeed noisy, even off season.

good location - in the center square, most restaurants nearby, 3 minutes to the sea. you can sign-in till 24 o'clock.
parking is 300 meters from the hotel under the pine-trees (consider covering your car). rooms could be cleaner. bad sound isolation (noise both from inside of hotel and outside). air-conditioners are weak, plus you cannot set it more then 3 degrees less then temperature outside. staff is not friendly, especially when we were signing out of the hotel 5 minutes (only 5 minutes) later then we should. no fridge/cattle in the rooms. staff doesn't speak english.

This hotel is situated right in the heart of Lignano Pineta, close to the beautiful beach. Guests can explore a range of restaurants, shops and bars just a stone's throw away. Rooms are clean and come with impressive bathrooms. the breakfast buffet features a delicious range of sweet and savoury options. Guests also benefit from parking and beach chairs.
English language skills of staff members is limited.

The hotel is well situated, just 5min far from the beach. Umbrella and parking is free when you stay 3 and more nights. The breakfast was large and delicious, the room and bathroom small but clean, well equipped and quiet. Non stop reception, bar by the entrance. Worth recommendation!

I loved the location of the hotel; it was in the center of the town, really close to the beach. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The hotel facilities were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also liked the fact that there was parking available.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

Spent Christmas in a hotel on the main street of a small town. Great location! Lots of shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast, included in the room rate.
Our room was too cold for comfort. the manager was not very helpful, and seemed annoyed when we called to ask about the temperature.

Liked the location, right in the city center with everything around you. Walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. , the beach is very close, just a few minutes away, and they provide parking space and beach equipment. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, including local products. Another advantage is the friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist you.
Disliked the noise level in the room. Unfortunately, our sleeping quality was greatly impacted by the noise coming from the adjoining kitchen.
